Did you know that for prayer to be effective, it is recommended that you pray without ceasing?
1 Thessalonians 5:17
Believers are told to pray without ceasing. As it is written, "Pray without ceasing."
Ephesians 6:18 also says that prayer should occur for all occasions and continuously. As it is written, "And pray in the Spirit on all occasions and with all kinds of prayer requests. With this is mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people."

Did you know that the more people praying together for the same cause, the greater the impact?
Matthew 18:18-19
Verily I say unto you, "Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

Did you know that prayer should be between you and God. You must never put on a show to entertain others through prayer. The same could be said when fasting.
Matthew 6:5-6
As it is written, "And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites... pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they must be seen of men..." "... when thou prayest, enter into thy closet.. pray to thy Father which is in secret..."
Matthew 6:16.18
Regarding faster, "When you fast, do not look somber... put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others.. only to your Father.
